Default Touch R/N

This is obviously a popular build or used to be in 4v4. I've decided to create my own version of it with most benefits from Expertise.

Ranger/Necro

Attributes:
Expertise: 16
Blood: 12
Wilderness Survival: 4

Skills:
1.) Signet of Agony
2.) Plague Touch
3.) Touch of Agony
4.) Vampiric Touch
5.) Throw Dirt
6.) Troll Unguent
7.) Escape {E}
8.) Rez Sig

Pretty simple, standard Touch Ranger. Use Sig of Agony to cause Bleeding and transfer it to target foe and start spamming their Touch of Agony and Vampiric Gaze. Throw Dirt for other pesky rangers or warriors or any melee fighters of the particular, Troll Unguent for some decent health regen, and Escape for evade and speedboost.

Have fun!

You'll hit energy trouble later on even with Expertise. I would suggest Offering of Blood as your elite even though it has a 20% Sacrifice cost.

Yes, but it'll take a while. Of course you'll run outta energy but you only need like 3 energy to cast again, no big deal. Plus, Escape works wonderfully as an evade and speedboost. 2 for 1 skillslot.

Might want Whirling Defense in there, condtions aren't reliable, or Dodge to catch up to kiters.

Can't really fit those into the build, I love the Bleed transfer part, plus it still does damage. You need something in between Touch of Agony and Vampiric Touch for damage.

Whirling Degense is not worth it. It has a 60 second recharge which is a waste where as Escape is not only a Dodge but also a Whirling Defense almost both packed into one and recharges in half the time. It's worth the elite spot on this bar.
